Where to begin on how great it was working with Rodriguez Flooring? This is a top notch company from start to finish. The owner, Elizar, personally came to my home and quickly took measurements, and provided me several estimate options – taking into account I was working within a relatively tight budget and time schedule. He was also very accommodating as we tried to work through exactly what we intended to do and working out a scheduled time to do the work. When the day arrived for work to begin, we were called in advance of their arrival, to ensure all was ready at our end, and when to expect the work crew. The work ended up taking a little longer than the initial estimate, but we were advised that this may happen based on our choice of flooring material (bamboo) – so it was not totally unexpected. Still, the workers did not “loiter” about; work was continuous with only regular meal breaks. After the work was completed a final inspection was done with me, and a minor area was identified and a follow-up appointment made to correct the issue. This work session was no different than the first – quick, efficient, and very courteous. I contacted Elizar Rodriguez of Rodriguez Flooring to help me with replacement of flooring in a condo I have listed for sale. Elizar was not only very prompt in his meetings with me to do measurements for the flooring, but was very communicative with me about the anticipated arrival time of flooring material. His installation was very professional, even with a recommendation to remove old vinyl prior to installation of new. Many installers would just install over the old material, but he knew that this would not be as professional looking. The color recommendation was excellent, and he completed the job with ease. The crew was very tidy, leaving no evidence that they were even there, other than the beautiful flooring. I was very pleased with his prices and his service, and would highly recommend him to others in my profession!

My entire carpet installation experience with Rodriguez Flooring and specifically owner Elizar was as smooth and professional as can be. I was referred to Elizar by a wholesale carpet supplier who recommended him highly. My project was on a tight schedule right from the start and Rodriguez Flooring was highly accommodating & considerate to my narrow timeline. My first phone call was answered directly and I was able to set up a next day measure. Elizar was prompt and quickly measured my multiple rooms, answered all my questions, and was able to recommend the best quality carpet from a variety of samples I had already acquired. Elizar provided a next day quote (again, right on time, as promised) and pricing & project requirements were in line with my expectations based on my wholesaler’s estimates. In fact, Elizar even asked what time of day was good to call me! Installation commenced a few short days later and everything looked great. A few of my specific desires were fulfilled as requested; stairs, joints, edges, and areas abutting alternate flooring (other remaining carpet, tile & vinyl flooring) were even and uniform; all waste was picked up and removed; and project site left clean with very minimal dust, etc. The carpet looks fantastic and I could not be happier with the entire experience.
